How do pawn loans work ?

This is different from a personal loan; a pawn loan is a fast way to borrow money without undergoing any stressful or time-taking application process. The amount of your loan is determined by the value of your item.

Is my item safe ?

Even though your item (digital gadget) is in pawn, the ownership still belongs to you. Mgxchange will keep your valuable(s) safely the exact way we received it; within the estimated Pawn period, Mgxchange does not tamper, display or remove your items from our secured storage during this period; Mgxchange will return valuable(s) the exact condition we received it.

What kind of items can be used for a pawn loan?

Mgxchange provides pawn loans for a broad range of digital gadgets.

What are your Interest rate and the duration of your loan?

Mgxchange offers 31 days pawn agreements with 17% interest rate on all loans. Interest rates are recalculated if the agreement is shorter than 31 days. Repayment must be made on or before the 31 days of the pawn agreement. A grace period of 3 days is offered on all loan agreements, please be advised that after the 3 days grace period by default your valuable become property of mgxchange. No negotiations will be entered into after the grace period has lapsed. A month to month extension may be made on all loans provided that the interest amount is paid within 31 days of the initial pawn agreement.

Do you charge an Initiation fee for your service?

Unlike our counterpart, we do not charge an initiation fee, we charge a flat rate of 17% and pickup service is free.

Do you offer loan extensions?

MGXCHANGE can make an extension, provided you paid the interest on the pawned amount on or before the due date. MGXCHANGE will accept (3) three payment extensions; failure to retrieve valuables on the third repayment extension month will result in default of valuables; it will become the property of MGXCHANGE.

What if I don’t want the item back ?

It is perfectly okay, once, you have paid your loan in full we can provide you with an offer to buy the item.

How do you determine my loan?

After reading our terms & conditions and you agree to our offer. MGXCHANGE will perform an evaluation of your valuables according to the market value. And this will help us determine how much loan you can get from us.
