MGXchange Returns, Exchanges & Refund Guidelines
Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return if:
- The item received is defective or damaged.
- The item received differs significantly from the item ordered.
- The wrong item was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, customers must notify MGXchange within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Include all original accessories, packaging, manuals, and documentation where applicable.
- Not show signs of misuse, neglect, alteration, or accidental damage caused after delivery.
MGXchange reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a return, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
Where possible, eligible items may be exchanged for:
- The same product, if available.
- An alternative product of equal value, subject to customer agreement.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless proven to be defective upon delivery:
- Products sold “as is” or clearly marked as clearance or final sale.
- Items damaged through customer misuse or negligence.
- Products altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties after delivery.
- Digital products, downloadable content, or services already rendered.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return or exchange request, customers should contact MGXchange customer support and provide:
- Order details.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs where applicable.
Our team will review the request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, MGXchange will process the refund using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, financial institution, or payment platform used during the transaction.
Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by MGXchange.
Inspection and Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. MGXchange reserves the right to deny a return, exchange, or refund request if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Limitation of Liability
