At MGXchange, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, estimated delivery times, and important information regarding order fulfillment.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and verification.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays where possible.

Shipping Coverage

MGXchange currently ships to customers throughout South Africa.

International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations, subject to additional shipping charges, customs requirements, and applicable regulations.

  • Regional Areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Locations: 5–10 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including:

MGXchange shall not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address information, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

Customers should inspect all orders immediately upon receipt.

Any damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported to MGXchange within 48 hours of delivery.

To facilitate investigation and resolution, customers may be required to provide photographs, order information, and any other relevant supporting documentation.

Risk and Ownership

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery and acceptance of the shipment.

Force Majeure

MGXchange shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation interruptions, civil disturbances, governmental actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
